Ed Offterdinger is Co-Founder and Chairman of the Allen Offterdinger Group (AO). He is a leadership coach and strategic business advisor. He has worked extensively with private and public companies in a wide variety of industries. During a successful career in consulting and public accounting, Ed served in many leadership roles, including CEO. He has been blessed to have many great mentors and coaches throughout his career. These relationships, along with his diverse client experiences, have infused Ed with a desire to help others develop their full professional and personal capabilities. As AO’s Chairman, his practice is focused on helping leaders achieve their personal goals and build cultures that intentionally develop their people in order to accelerate business success and contribute to society.
